Clubs and Enrichment
We are pleased to offer a variety of enrichment activities.
We know that these clubs are of great benefit to the children and running the clubs is a real commitment by the staff and children of the school. If your child signs up to do a club(s), they need to commit to that club for the duration of the term. If your child misses more than one session without a valid reason, they will no longer be able to attend, as we will give their place to another child. They may also be asked to leave any other club that they have signed up for. Demand for club places is high.
If, for any unforeseen circumstances, an adults has to cancel an after school club we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible. Likewise, if you have a valid reason for your child not be able to attend a particular session please let us know in advance.
We expect exceptional behaviour from children in our clubs. However, should a child’s behaviour fall below the expected standard they may be asked to leave the clubs(s) they attend.
A wide range of clubs are offered, some examples include art, drama, football, music, rock stars, sewing, song writing, sports, time tables and many, many more.
The following clubs are available after school which require a small payment per session, please see Miss Armstrong in the office or click on the links for further information.
Sports matches can take place home or away at local schools. For away games we may ask our parents if they are able to help with transportation, for which we are very grateful for.
Peripatetic music teachers visit the school for violin lessons, a small charge is made for these. Please contact the school office if you would like your child to participate.
