Parents/Carers Handbook

Parents’ Handbook (click here)

At Woolenwick Junior School we strive to provide a purposeful learning experience, safe, secure, enriching environment, as well as a happy and purposeful community where all children and staff are respected and valued. Our aim is to meet the needs of the children in partnership with parents so they are positive, articulate and responsible individuals, prepared to play their part in society.

To work towards achieving our aims, we have put together a Home-School agreement which we are going to use as the basis of our relationship with one another as a school community.

All parents are expected to sign and return this,

Home School Agreement

Lost property

Neither the school or Hertfordshire County Council can accept responsibility for the loss of any article, including mobile phones, brought to school.  Whilst we will take every reasonable precaution, it is strongly recommended that parents should not allow children to bring items of personal value to school unnecessarily.   In the event of an article being lost, the child should first make a thorough search.  After this, enquiries should be made with the class teacher or the school office.

It is extremely helpful if all of your child’s school uniform and PE kit is named, thank you.
